Had my first appointment there. The place is beautiful, very upscale. I didn’t wait long to check in. However, I thought I would save time and print off the new patient paperwork from their website and show up early with it already filled out. The lady I checked in with was polite, but really puzzled by the paperwork and asked where I got it and did I really get it from «their“website? Of course I did. She had another person look it over an verify that everything was on there that they needed and they asked me to sit down and wait to be called. Next thing I know I hear a bunch of the ladies up front gossiping about the paperwork. They said, «oh she must have printed it from another clinic in another state.» Then one said, «oh, but it has our address.» Then they called me up and loudly announced that the paperwork was missing a form. I told them it came from their website, not someone else’s. They said they had never seen it before. They said well the issue is that it doesn’t look right and doesn’t have HIPPA, and I said it has a HIPPA section. Then they actually read it and were like, «oh, so it does.» They handed me another HIPPA form to fill out to add to it. This after they had thoroughly embarrassed me in front of the entire lobby. As if it was my fault that they were not educated on what was on their own website!
On another note, the doctor was great and I was fixed up in no time.
Save yourself time and don’t even bother to try to fill out the paperwork online, they don’t even know they have a website with it on there apparently. Totally sad.

I’m writing about the spa side of the business. I love the spa! It is not only gorgeous but very welcoming and relaxing. I go every 2 – 3 weeks for lash extensions with Sarah Crosswhite. I’ve been getting lashes for almost a decade, since way back when the trend started. I’ve had to move several times, so I’ve gone through many different eyelash extension professionals, and they are all different. Anything that has to do with beauty is an art form and takes talent, and expertise. Sarah, whom I’ve been going to for almost a year) is the best of the best of the best of the best. Hands down! Sarah takes this service to a whole new professional level of expertise and she is always wanting to learn more, which is funny because she’s mastered it. I have to admit, that I was so surprised to find the best ever, here in NWA.
She also does great massage. I also have had Rene for massage and was very happy with it.

From the front desk all the way to the physicians, this place is top notch. They are super friendly and upbeat. I’ve seen the P.A. Kara and she is friendly, knowledgeable, and explains things well. Dr. Clifton is amazing as well. I will never ever go to another dermatologist again.

Dr. Allen is sooo amazing! I went in for skin tag removals and she talked me through the whole thing even though I was scared out of mind. She is so friendly and personable and she really made me feel better about my skin and how to take care of it. I haven’t taken advantage of the spa services next door but it seems that they are highly regarded for their services. I look forward to visiting the spa in the future!

Dr. Clifton is not only a very talented and understanding medical professional — probably the best dermatologist in the area — but has managed to create a tremendous medical practice and includes a beautiful spa environment. I am a medical patient and get wonderful responsiveness from either the doctor or her nurse practitioner, Kara, who obviously worked very closely with Dr. Clifton to learn the best treatment régime for her dermatology patients.
Kara worked to get my medical issues under control and the practice stocks all the supportive products — washes, lotions, cosmetics — along with other knowledgeable staff to assist you with those. I have yet to take advantage of any of the spa services, but will do so after attending the open house, seeing the wonderful new building, and taking advantage of some of the specials that were offered. Can’t wait to check it out.

Dr. Clifton has a gem on her hands with this practice. The very professional staff have great credentials and excellent customer service.
I have visited both the dermatology clinic and the skin renewal center. One has a clinical feel and the other has a distinctive spa atmosphere. Whether you are looking to clear up a spot of eczema or have a tattoo removed, this place offers a full range of dermatology services.
This is not just for the ladies. Men will find services tailored to the discerning man looking for personal dermatology care.
There is enough staff to allow for short term appointment scheduling. The clinic is setup for growth and ready to serve.
