I have used them a few times to fix our computers and laptops. They were successful most of the time, but even when they weren’t I got the feeling they cared and they were trying their best. In one case, they weren’t able to pair the hard drive, but they came up with an interesting work around so I could still use it – they didn’t charge anything because they felt bad they weren’t able to repair properly. I would say they’ are very knowledgeable and they try hard to please.

Fantastic computer service! I brought my laptop in, they luckily had the part to fix my screen and they advised it Would be fixed that day. (I expected a week to two weeks given my past experiences here .) I also asked them to check my hard drive to be sure my computer didn’t completely die and to see of they could fix some diagnostic issues left behind from My bad experience at computer medic. They did, and when they called me he said that he would also fix an additional issue that the computer medic created not allowing me to get into my Microsoft office. Not only did they do what I asked, they did more and at a great price, nothing. Also No fee if they don’t work on it also. Even better. Everyone else charges you to look at it.
They even admitted they may not always be so great and have had their fair share of complaints and that kind of honesty goes far with me. Not everyone is perfect.
They also call after a couple of weeks to be sure everything is fine with your repaired appliances. Wonderful!
I definitely recommend taking your electronics here. Don’t waste any more time or money anywhere else.

I just wanted to THANK YOU again, for helping my husband and I out with configuring our second router as a wireless access point for our guest house! It took my husband a while to get the cables strung and spliced, but he finally finished the job. We hooked up the second router and it worked like a dream, right off the bat!
