Very good Chinese food strangely enough. Didn’t care much for their take on phở. There was nothing wrong with it but it just wasn’t anything special. The take out window was a great plus and the owner was super awesome. 3 star rating for the food alone, the staff got them the extra one.

Same owners that owned previous Hunan Place but that is where the similarities end. The soup was delicious. I ordered the beef brisket combo soup #1 and added the complimentary bean sprouts with some of the fresh basil. I recommend using the chop sticks for the noodles and meat but the broth was out of this world and had to be spooned out with each savory spoonful. There were white onions, and scallions in the beef broth that I was told during the meal had come from simmering a bone for 10 hours. Don’t come here expecting egg rolls and Kung pao chicken. This is a noodle and soup house that is made with a lot of love. The only sore spot is the facilities. Not exactly 5-star; but luckily I came there to eat not to use the restroom. The service was kind, attentive, and enjoyed telling me about what I was eating almost more than I enjoyed eating it. I hope this place does well in the future

This place is new, in the same building the old Hunan place drive thru was located. Ate here a couple weeks ago right after they opened. Menu is pretty limited, but the phở is delicious. The owner was really delightful and the food is, based off of my limited knowledge and experience, authentic Vietnamese. I hope this place is successful. It’s a little bit off the beaten path(by exit 116 on the service road) but hopefully they’ll have enough business to keep things going. I don’t know if there’s anywhere else to get phở in Benton. Best of luck to this family business — we will be back!
