I’ve eaten at this place twice now and I have to say, I’ve never had any better pizza anywhere. The owner’s have made a point to ask us about our opinion both times and they are so authentically Italian and sincere when they ask. They take our words to heart and promise to make our visit happy no matter what. They are owner’s exactly how I would be if I had my life work invested in my passion and business.
Now about the food. I can’t comment on anything but pizza. But what I can say is that of the 4 pizzas we’ve had, everyone in my family LOVES the 100% homemade pizza from the sauce to the cheese and the crust. It’s just fantastic and fresh and not the canned or metal flavor you get from commercial franchises. They don’t add salt and sugar and a ton of seasonings to cover up the natural tomato flavor. It’s like an honest pizza with no pretentiousness. I am determined to to have the pizza margarite next. The owner told me this is his favorite and a must try. Ordinarily, this is a brick oven pizza but you make due with what you have and I believe it will have a great flavor anyway. Can’t wait! We are lifelong fans now and I really think you will be too!
