I ordered a product online and it didn’t come with a piece. After speaking with Lowes Customer Care they sent the extra piece to your store. (This product is not sold in stores.) I came in to pick up the second half and no one could find it! It turns out someone sold my item in the store. I couldn’t believe it, how does that even happen?!?

Your Benton Harbor store is the worst I have ever seen in terms of customer service! I’ve worked at Lowes in FL and our pro service desk was killing it. I was marketing, going out finding contractors to bring to the store etc. Here? I’ve been a contractor here for 14+ years and they don’t even know my name! You walk around that store and NO ONE will say hi to you. Welcome to Lowes, nothing! One day I went in there to get some cable and 2 Lowes employees were in the same isle. I took out 30ft of cable, measuring it all myself, cut it myself, and neither one bothered to ask if I needed help! Yesterday I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to walk from the isle over to help me load some drywall! Cashiers will not even open their mouth if you don’t greet them first! Absolutely the WORST!!!

Just like all Lowe’s, this place has a lot of depth in selection.
Don’t buy your lumber here. They store a lot of it vertically and inside, almost guaranteeing that you’ll get a warped pieces.
If you want good lumber, go to Von Tobel in Stevensville.
