Crystal Springs Florist

I have always used this florist for as long as I can remember but will longer do so. I moved away many years ago and always felt that the quality of the flowers were always their top priority. Unfortunately this past Saturday I experienced a great disappointment in the quality of the flowers Their prices have always been high but I felt they were truly justified My fathers funeral was on Saturday and I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Friday to the funeral home. To my surprise the potted pant that took and extreme amount of time to talk to someone about the cost and what I wanted was NOT the pot I ordered. they of course charged me another 45.00 on top of the 50.00 because it was for a funeral. The casket arrangement, although was beautiful on Friday evening was completely dead by Saturday morning of my fathers funeral at a cost of 314.00 bucks. What a rip off and what a way to do business. I will NEVER use them again and neither should anyone else. I didn’t mind the cost because I trusted them. SHAME on them for taking advantage of us.

Shelly & Mary are angels! We used Crystal Springs for our wedding flowers & everything was perfect. The bouquets, boutonnieres & corsages were all there waiting for us when we arrived. The centerpieces were spot on, and the flowers on the cake were perfectly placed!
Very easy to work with, full of great ideas as they have been doing this for many years! I would recommend CSF to anyone planning a wedding.

The best florist /​garden shop in this area by far. Relatively speaking it is a 5 star location but I gave it 4 stars as it is not as good as the very big locations such as Sawyer Garden Center. It can get expensive, especially compared to the big box stores, so ensure you «clip coupons» or whatever they have for deals.
Laid out nicely and very helpful staff. One other quick item is the parking is really a pain. It is very hard to get into the parking location and unfortunately all you need is one person to screw up and you will be lined up out the street which is truly unsafe.
They have both a garden store (outside plants /​greenhouse) and an indoor florist type location which makes this a nice choice. You can get two done in one stop.
I love doing business with «local business» so I try to use them as much as possible. However if I do have a lot of planting, it is off to Depot or Lowes for prices (unless Cyrstal springs has a coupon).
