Sheetz

Of all the Sheetz I have frequented, this is my favorite.
«Why?», you might ask, given the fact that I’ve seen most Sheetz. from PA to FL.
I’ll tell you.
I’ve never been into another Sheetz that knows its regulars better than this one. That may be due to the general makeup and personality of the area, but I can’t say as I care. This is the one after which all other Sheetz should be modeled.
Never have I been to this store (and I reinstate the «never») where I haven’t had the staff say something personal to the customer in front of me. They know their likes, dislikes, preferences, and general proclivities by heart.
All the important stuff is stocked and organized. In general, I love this place, even if I have to wait.
Sometimes I do, due to the fact that the staff asks after the customer’s family, their general well-​being. Even as an outsider, who shows up at a maximum of once per week, I’ve felt the love and care that the staff puts into this location.
So, 5* to you. I don’t mind waiting, because you care. And that is worth more than 30 seconds of efficiency, in this day and age.
Give everyone a raise, respect, and benefit-​of-​the-​doubt in this store. Even if they aren’t perfect in the way of metrics, they more than make up for it in terms of customer service.
God bless the entire staff that occupies this place.

It’s a gas station with the best service!
When you walk inside you don’t even realize you’re at a gas station, it’s so weird to me on a good way.

Stopped in for some gas, a bathroom break and some snacks and this is one of the best convenience stores I’ve ever seen. Similar to Wawa up North and Love’s out West, Sheetz is a clean, safe and convenient place.
I have NEVER seen so many options for coffee, tea and more. The coffee machine impressed me with its multitude of SUGAR FREE SYRUP FLAVORS AND CREAMER OPTIONS. Yes fellow low carb eaters you read that correctly: OPTIONS with an S! Not just one but many! They even have this little handy Splenda dispenser machine so you don’t have to fiddle with sweetener packets. Color me impressed.
The store itself was bright, airy, spacious and clean. There were a ton of snack options from the healthy to the heart attack in a box. If you can’t find it here then you don’t need it. There’s a nice looking deli too but I didn’t have time for a sandwich.
The checkout line was super long but it moved very quickly. Parking lot was well lit, bathrooms were clean and employees were friendly. You can’t go wrong with this Sheetz.

If you need to fill the gas tank it’s to your advantage to drive 1 mile off of I 40 and get the better value gas prices of Sheetz.
As with all Sheetz, one of the great draws is the MTO (made to order) food options. I have made this location a regular stop when work has me going I 40 East towards I 95. The staff has always been efficient and professional, and the place is clean.
