McDonald’s

One of the worst drive-​thru experiences I’ve had at any restaurant. We placed our order (after finding out the shamrock shakes were «broken») and waited nearly THIRTY minutes, that’s right THIRTY, to get to the window for our food. People behind us pulled out of line and left. When we did finally get our food, we had to ask for napkins (shouldn’t those be in the bag?). Then we realized we weren’t given straws, so we turned around and went back before getting on the highway. I went inside this time, and found the employees arguing about hot fudge sundaes or something. After finally getting somebody’s attention, I was able to get straws as well as express my disappointment. What a mistake it was to go here…

I ordered 10 pc Chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce. French fries and Large coke. It was Hot, fresh and good. My soda was nice and cold and good carbonation!
There was 4 other people in our van and they odred chicken nuggets or Hot and spicys or Mocha Frapps.
No one complained we were all happy!

The Big Mac was just fine, but every chicken item our group ordered was awful — dried out, rubbery and tough. None of the staff were particularly helpful either — indifference at being told about the empty ketchup dispenser, employees (on break?) just standing around chatting. Oh well — how much can one expect…

It’s a shame the only time it’s clean is when the new owners are there to make sure everything is clean and ran smoothly, it’s always dirty and the staff is very rude. What a slap in the face for McDonald’s. It deserves a½ star.

FILTHY! EVERY table was covered in crumbs and or wrappers, the kitchen had fries, bags, grease, crap EVERYWHERE! And the restroom OMG poop toilet paper all over the floor! Disgusting! Almost vomited! Needless to say after all that, but the service was AWFUL! We waited almost 20 minutes for two #6’s. Its not rocket science! This location needs new management or SHUT DOWN!

Ordered the fish sandwich at 9pm. By 11:15 am I was deathly sick. Severe stomach cramps, Severe vomiting, green diarrhea, fever. Not happy at all with this nasty place. It most definitely was food poisoning. I had to give it a 1 star to write a review but it is most definitely a negative star.

Horribly slow service even when they have more staff than customers. Messed up my order which was just a simple, standard egg mcmuffin. In fact they actually gave my order to an employee in line behind me who didn’t go on shift for an hour, while I stood there waiting. Eat next door.

So I eat McD’s about once a week and this one was definitely disappointing and subpar for a McDs. The Filet-​O-​Fish was so overcooked and dry that I only ate half of it. The fries weren’t salty enough and the location was simply depressing.

Most Mc Donald’s are good but this one was different then the rest. The carpool was packed with cars and seemd to not be moving very fast. The food was very sloppy and an absolute mess.

This place is awful. On the occasions that I have forced my self to stop and get something I am usually expecting dreadful service. I almost always use the drive-​thru and with 100% certainty can say that they mess up the order at least 50% of the time. My only assumption on the lack of quality control is that they assume that once you have discovered that there is an error with what you ordered and what you actually received you will be many miles away on either I-​10 or Hwy 90 and feel that turning around to confront the staff isn’t worth the time and effort. It seems to be the norm…
