Do not use long realty to manage your residential rental property. They will approve people who are drug dealers who then do hundreds of dollars of damage and be late on their rent. The property manager will string you along, making you think she has things under control when it’s not, only to collect her fee. The property manager will claim she does monthly «walk through’s, will lie to you about the properties condition. Later when you find out about the extensive damage, she will deny any knowledge or responsibility when co fronted. When she finds you the next tenant, oh, she will lie and tell you «you won’t have any problem with them» and you have no knowledge of their rental or credit history because she keeps this information from you or lies to you about it. Not recommended.
