Kris Nails

I like this place because their prices are low compared to other nail salons! They never over charge. They charge $ 18 for a pedicure and they do a pretty good job! The place looks a bit unorganized but the actual services are not bad. Now if your looking for stiletto nails, some crazy designs, or something fancy I would not recommend this place. I think this place is good if you’re looking for a regular mani pedi or just a pedicure!

Love going here with my mom. The price is great! They bend over backwards to accommodate my mom. And WOW they are very meticulous. You won’t get great conversation here (most don’t speak english), but you will get beautiful nails. Thanks

Im not even joking everyone should stop coming here. This is ridiculous! I been sitting here since 1030 am in the parking lot and now its 1115 i had an appt at 1030. The door says they open at 10 am. Same thing happened 2 wks ago they arrived at 1040 and i was sitting in my car since 10 am. It also happened about 3 months ago as well. I am desperAte since i have an outing today and this is very important to me and they do a descent job and really cheap. But how disrespectful is this to your customers? Never again after today! I swear i am so stressed and in need of these nails for tonight otherwise i would have left long time ago. With that being said i left at 1137 how rude?

I always have a great experiance here. Jack always does a great job every single time. he never has a bad day because my acrylics alwayss look amazing. He takes his time to ensure the quality of his work is always consistant so he never rushes through it. To add, the prices are great. i used to over pay for a below average manicure at other salons, but when i found this place it was wonderful to get top quality for a fantastic price. Even if you dont live in the area, its completely worth the drive i promise. i used to live in bensenville but now i live much farther, however i refuse to go anywhere else anymore. I’d much rather travel the 25 minutes than go to the salon near me who has ruined my nails multiple times in the past for about 20 $ more.
p.s if you get charms glued to your nails, Jack does it in a way where there isnt a big messy glob of glue showing on your nail and they actually stay on until your next fill-​in, a couple weeks later. :)

My daughter and I have been going to Kris’ nails regularly for about 6 months now. We really liked the way our nails looked but there have been many times we have called to make an appt. and nobody answers. We’ve also driven over there to make an appt. and they are closed. 2 days in a row they were closed. Hours on the door and website said they were open. So unfortunately we ended up going to another salon! They lost our business just for not being open when they are suppose to be not because of the job they did!

What is going on lately? Every time I try to go get my nails done they are closed and I go within their normal business hours. Like today for example! This is irritating. I was given a gift card to this place a month and a half ago and I’m yet to use it! Unilocal says you are open, the hours are on the door show you are open but yet you guys are closed! Not professional at all and very inconvenient!

I’ll start by saying that the ladies were very sweet and friendly; I got in right away for a mani/​pedi and had the best/​leg foot massage I’ve ever had. The price was very inexpensive (28.00 for both). That said, I won’t be back and here’s why. The salon is very dirty; worn furniture (like the pedicure chairs they sit on – the vinyl was COMPLETELY peeled away; floors and everything worn and dirty. But more importantly, the implements for the pedicure were in shower caddies on the floor; implements were in Burger King cups; files and brushes looked like they’d been used many times on other clients. My fears were confirmed as I got my manicure from another gal and watched the gal who did my pedicure ‘wash’ my implements by running them under hot water (not even soap) and brushed them with the nail brush she used on me. They went right back into the Burger King cup for the next client! My nails are also chipping and it’s only been two days. Again, I wish I could give a better review because they were nice but, sanitation and cleanliness are more important in my book.

I have been coming to this salon for about 6 months it had decent prices and was close to home. Having said that I cannot believe how horrible their customer service was this evening. I went in at 650 to get a pedi/​fill-​in. After waiting for 40 minutes they finally started my pedicure. My nails were horrible (went two weeks and 4 had broken on me) by the time my pedi was done it was 830!!! I asked them to throw a coat of paint over my current nail polish just to last me to Saturday because it was too late to get a fill; which would have taken another 45 minutes. They charged me $ 5 to throw nail polish over the no chip I already had on. They shouldn’t have taken two people in front of me. Over $ 5 they will no longer be getting my business. I would spend $ 120/​month here.

Loved my experience here! $ 48 for a no-​chip manicure and spa pedicure. Lovely people :)

I have been there twice since they changed owners. I first got a mani and pedi… The pedicure was great, Ana does a fantastic job! She takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect! The manicure was done by Jack. Although he is very pleasant the manicure was nothing special. As I was getting my manicure done I noticed Ana cleaning the pedicure section thoroughly, which shows how clean the salon is. Today I was running late and called 10 minutes before closing. asked what time they closed because I wasn’t sure, Ana let me know at 8pm. but asked what I wanted to get done. Talked with her briefly and she told me to come in right away :) !!! Great customer service… Jack did my gel manicure and it looks flawless. Overall I recommend this salon to anyone that enjoys genuinely nice people and a great service.
