DMX Exterior Group Inc

We recently worked with DMX to have our roof, siding and garage door replaced. This was done through our insurance company, and I was worried it would be a hassle, but Marcin took care of everything for us. He really made the whole project easy, had great guys on his crews, and took care of every little thing that needed to be taken care of. The whole project was wrapped up quickly. Very VERY happy with the service. Our house looks awesome!

Horrible service!
I had my house for many years, got a new roof from this company, I didn’t think about going to the roof till 4 – 5 months later… I saw holes in multiple places. My roof never had this problem before (my house is 50 years old). I call the company and it took 3 – 4 week to get someone to call me back, and the reason why they call me back is because I started getting very upset.
The owner told me he would show at my place, I took the day off to wait for him. He never show, I called him and he kept saying he was running late. He didn’t even call me to let me know he was not going to show.
I was finally able to get his cell number and about 4 days later I was able to talk to him and he was very rude and unprofessional. After he saw my roof and he told me it was animals that did the damage and I was going to have to pay if I wanted it fix, he called me a liar and than said someone else did a roof job after his men did the job. This guy stead of apologizing for the inconvenience of us waiting for a long time, he did not take responsibility for his actions and just wanted to be right. Than he mention he is a busy man and he didn’t have time to go to every house to inspect the jobs.
I even told the owner I would pay to get it fix, but I needed him or someone to come to my house since there were many holes on my roof and we had a lot of rain that week… he didn’t care.
I owe a business as well, if there is something I learned is that you take care of your customers specially after they spend over $ 6000 with you. This man has no ethics.
I am going to pay another company to get it done, he lost my business and my friends business.
I would think twice if I was you in getting your roof done by this company.

We were in need of a new pitched roof on our single family home. Called a few places to get quotes. DMX had left their card at our front door a while back. The owner. Marcin, came personally to give an estimate. He was polite and really knew his ‘stuff’ (My husband actually was a roofer in his youth.). His estimate was below others we had received so we decided to go with DMX. Yesterday morning at 7:15 ten men appeared at our home. By 4:30 PM the roof was completed. Oh my gosh. I cannot imagine any better service than this, can you? I highly recommend DMX and hope you’ll like them also.
