This place is AWESOME!!! My standard order is turkey bacon bravo sandwich with cheddar broccoli soup and iced green tea. AWESOME!!! Whenever I’m there I make sure to get their bagels also. My favorite is the Asiago bagel. I highly recommend this place.

I was a huge fan of this Panera, not so much anymore. I would eat here often, 3 days a week. Last week I orderd French onion soup. Upon opening the soup and stirring, there was hair about 8 inches long. I approached an employee about my issue, he implied I must have put it there. Just an FYI I’m A bald guy, not sure how or why I would be able to put a hair in my own soup. Highly disappointed and disgusted. I will never return.

I want to start by saying that I really love this Panera Bread Location. Last week I order via Rapid Pick-up I was handed the wrong food. I didn’t realize this until I got back to my office. When I called the manager was very understanding and apologetic. I went back and was given the correct order and wad even given free danishes. This kind of customer service is the reason I am so fond this is Panera. However, my visit today was extremely disappointing and was a huge letdown for me. I once again ordered via Rapid Pick-up and this time I was unsure where I was picking up my food because I didn’t want another mistake where I would have to dive back, I was given a huge unnecessary attitude by a tall women with short hair. She was very unhelpful and pretty much made me feel stupid for asking her a simple question. I didn’t want to make a scene but the whole ordeal upset me. It felt this was necessary to point out so hopefully this kind of behavior on this employees behave doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Got the steak and egg. First of all it was 9am and they were out of everything bagels already. secondly, the ‘steak’ tasted like warmed up roast beef. Meh.

One of the only places in town to get fresh(made the same day) frosted cookies. I’ve tried 8 – 10 different bakeries and cookie places around town and no one seems to make these delicious triumphs of confection. It’s a travesty that most so called«bakeries» order pre-made, hard as a dog biscuit, frosted cookies that are completely devoid of taste. Don’t let the fancy colors and cute cartoon characters fool you. They are awful!!! Thank you Panera!!! Without you I would have to wait until Christmas to experience anything even remotely close to my Mom’s cookie baking perfection.

I like Panera… sure, not everything is amazing, but I have my go-to meals. It’s a good place to stop in for a quick bite. I always get my food extremely quick and I’m never let down. I also have a rewards card so I do get some cool free stuff every so often(unlimited free coffee for August? No purchase necessary? Abso-freakin-lutely). Friendly workers. Clean surrounding.

Came here to do work on a Saturday — wifi was the slowest I have ever encountered, as in took multiple minutes to load each page. The manager claimed it was due to a lot of people being on it, but the restaurant was not particularly crowded and there was only one other person trying to work on a computer. Don’t get me wrong I love their food, but if you’re going to advertise free wifi, it should work. Even if there are more than 5 people trying to use it. Starbucks would never dream of letting their wifi be so useless. I ended up leaving out of frustration after being there 30 mins and having gotten nothing done besides staring at the screen while I waited for it to load.

This location has been great for some work filled Saturdays. They are very kind and attentive, as well as efficient. I place rather large orders for various team members at work and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this Panera. I actually look forward to getting to eat Panera with my team if we have to work on a Saturday. Keep up the great work! Food is delicious and staff is super friendly.

This Panera has excellent service. The food is the best you would expect from Panera and the workers are friendly, quick, and attentive. Today, one of the employees let me have a free medium coffee, for no particular reason. This made my day and is a testament to how pleasant the workers at this location are.

I go to Panera as a treat. So it’s not often. My coworkers eat here at least four times a week. I just can’t spend $ 8 on a salad that often lol. However, Panera has one of the best broccoli and cheese soups known to man so I have no issues paying $ 4.28 for a small cup and that crusty bread. Service is always fast. Have yet to try their coffee and pastries. I’ve been at different times of day. The morning rush is hectic but fast. Lunchtime, the place is filled with stay at home moms and infants that probably shouldn’t be outside yet but hey. Lol. Along with the screaming infants are the wandering toddlers looking for a toy, so I kind of avoid that 12−3pm crowd. Any time after that is pretty peacful. Breakfast sandwiches are great too. I enjoy Panera, just not all the time.

A fuji apple chicken salad is made with more than lettuce, tomato and dressing. Maybe if the girl behind the counter would stop making eyes at the guy behind the counter with her I would not have had to ask for them to fix it. 3 stars is only for the fact that they made the salad again for me the right way.

their food are fresh and ok, not the best. The sandwiches/panini are pretty pricey for the serving portion. I do go here often because i have no other choice for fast and freshly made food that are semi-healthy :) my recent favorite sandwiches are the Roasted Turkey BLT& Roast Beef Asiago

The folks here made me feel really comfortable. Enough plugs for laptops, and the wifi worked fine. Great place to eat, and work after a long day of teaching computer camps, and Linux classes.

I’ve been to this particular Panera more than a few times. Never experienced any problems at all. I like to come here because I can get in, get my order rather quickly and get out all within a short amount of time. Soups, salads and sandwiches are all decent to very good, depending on when you get there, who’s working, etc. Overall, though, I don’t recall any issues here. I get a consistent experience every time I come here and the food is satisfying.

Food is the same as that from any other panera. Service is just not that friendly though. Pardonnez moi for asking for freezer bags for my bagels. Does it really cause you to have to exert that much more effort?

Salad in the block is new? and now my favorite. Because of Fuji Apple Chicken salad, I have become a frequent diner of Panera Bread. Love the sandwiches and pannini as well. I’ll try the soup next time.

I happen to love Panera, especially the Sierra Turkey Sandwich. That said, this location has some issues that need to be resolved. The past few times I went there after 6pm, they were out of the bread for the Sierra Turkey. In fact, the very last time I was there, they were also out of French baguettes and whole grain baguettes. They were giving out slices of bread instead. I mean, I can understand this happening to one bread type, but how can you also be out of your staples as well? And this whole bread issue keeps happening. It certainly wasn’t the first time. But what really did it for me, and knocked this otherwise yummy place into 3-stars, was the bread they offered me as a substitute for the sandwich. The girl at the counter said it was really similar. «Fine,» I said. It was a to-go order. I got home, and the sandwich was way less than half its normal size. It was on two of the tiniest pieces of bread I’ve ever seen. Add that to my missing out on the baguette and just getting a slice of bread, and I was pretty angry. It’ll be a while before I consider going back and tempting fate again. From now on, I may just call ahead and make sure they have the bread in stock before I bother driving over, but that’s an awful lot of hassle for a sandwich.
