Honeysuckle Rose

What a beautiful store. The woman that was working was so nice. She was very attentive and gave the best deal on tea cups I could find. I couldn’t resist buying. Defiantly recommend. Great beautiful antiques for a great price.

This is a cute store with shabby chic home décor and antiques. I normally go crazy for stores like this, but this one was just okay for me (see my other reviews for shabby chic stores in East Bay). I didn’t see a lot of unique items and the prices were pricey compared to the other shabby chic stores in the East Bay. The next time I am in the area, I will probably visit, but because I know I can find better deals at shops that sell more creative items, I probably would not have this on the top of my list as a must see.

This is the BEST shabby chic shop in Benicia and the best in the north Bay, including Napa, as far as I am concerned. Always charming additions that you will love. And the Owner, Jerry, has been in this business for as long as I have lived in the area. (15 years). She knows her stuff and tries to have something for everyone who wants charm and style, and very reasonably priced. And she is very sweet as well. Very helpful indeed.

Besides having just the most adorable name ever, Honeysuckle Rose is a gem of a shop. Located on 1^st Street in Benicia, the shopkeeper/​I assume owner (?) was an absolute sweetheart. While on the phone with what sounded like a potential customer, she took a moment to warmly greet us and actually apologized for being on a call while we were in the there and didn’t want us to feel like she was neglecting us. How’s that for good old fashioned customer service?
Besides that, the shop was a charming mix of actual antiques and vintage inspired housewares and accessorries. There was beautiful array of furniture, dishes and other decorative items that were all immacuately refurbished. I’d describe their wares as higher end shabby chic/​vintage. The whole store gave me a sense that the items were carefully selected and curated. Prices were fair, but not of the thrift store ilk. You’ll get quality items that you can’t find elsewhere.
Cozy and adorable space. I felt like I could take a deep breath, relax and enjoy as I stepped through the doors of Honeysuckle Rose.

I love this shop and adore the owner’s kind and thoughtful approach to caring for her clients. I have purchased several charming finds here at very reasonable prices. I return again and again and enjoy the experience every time!

I love this place. I’ve been here twice and both times I wanted to buy the entire store. The merchandise is very shabby chic. They have a lot of furniture and jewelry. Shopping here is comfortable and the lady working the register was very pleasant.

Great old stuff. Well priced. Friendly staff.
