Pharmacy — Depends on who’s working there, but generally a pretty good pharmacy staff :)
Inside the actual store– It’s like a treasure hunt for deals! The bathroom is awful (for the guys section… According to both husband and son). I would go to the McDonalds across the parking lot if you have to do some biznass. Their makeup section is pretty good. A lot of things are overpriced, but you just have to know what’s a good deal, and what you’re paying double the price for. Coupons come in handy also. You should sign up for their beauty and pharmacy programs, the rewards build up and you get extra bucks in no time… Sucks that they expire after a certain time, though… I wish they wouldn’t do that. The makeup section has definitely gotten better over time (I’ve been going here for 2 years now to get scripts filled and pick up makeup «fillers» (aka things that I can get at a reasonable price when I’m running out of a certain product). They’re definitely overpriced on «organic» things (they have a section for that). Again, coupons help. :)
Store is relatively clean and staff up front are nice as well :)
CVS, please clean up your bathrooms though… For reals. You could lose customers that way… Seeing that the bathroom is right next to the pharmacy. …unless it’s a clever ploy to get us sick from dirty bathrooms then we have to pick up OTC meds from your store to make us better. Please clean your bathrooms. Did I mention that?

Not bad of a convenience stop within the neighborhood given there aren’t many choices. Prices are OK and nothing enticing unless you are rummaging through clearance items such as post holiday candies.
