Bath Liners Direct installed a new shower in my Master bath and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! The installers were professional, polite and arrived on time. The new shower is beautiful. Corlyn, Bruce and their installers were a pleasure to work with. I can’t say enough good things about Bath Liners Direct and I highly recommend them!

Bath Liners Direct installed our new shower about a month ago, and the installation could not have gone smoother. We’ve finally moved back into our bathroom after a complete renovation.
Our new shower is so beautiful; it even feels more spacious than the old one. The pattern we chose (Rainforest) looks incredible: it’s attractive and appears and looks pricier than it was.
We talked to three other bathroom renovation companies — one that does just the wet area and two who will do the entire bathroom. Besides their being pushy and/​or unreliable (if we didn’t sign right then and there, it took forever to get a formal quote or to get them to return a call), their «unofficial» quote prices were twice what we paid for our new shower.

Just had my shower re-​done and I’m in loooove! We had it done in an AMAZING color (Alaskan Ivory) and it is absolutely gorgeous! Also, it’s very easy to clean. The best part, our designer Corlyn helped us from start to finish. Vince, the installer was meticulous and was perfect in all the details. He even cleaned everything up after! Thank you, thank you, thank you guys! I may just move in to my bathroom it’s so beautiful!

Bathliners Direct was on schedule, completed everything as promised and did the best cleanup job we’ve ever experienced with a contractor. Vince and his installation crew were courteous and responsive to all our requests. The whole process from sales through job completion was done in a very top notch fashion.

Retained this bathroom remodeling company May 2010 to completely remodel bathroom in rental property.
Paid deposit of $ 2950 5÷28÷2010 and following installation, poorly done, with different colored faux marble polymer acrylic walls that did not adhere to the tiled walls covered, improper seating of new bathtub and removal and disposal of heirloom vanity under sink, along with high-​end towel rack and toilet paper dispenser, along with leaving complete mess outside, I called to complain the next day. Company agreed to send out person to review and never showed, nor did they follow-​up. Many months of non-​communication followed by attempt to place mechanics lien on the property, after they had cashed a final check, clearly marked,“cashing this check constitutes full & final settlement of the disputed bathroom remodel” the owner persisted with demands for more money, in spite of not resolving the poor installation, incorrect material I had selected and removal of cherished vanity etc. I have never had such a negative experience and find, to this day, the owner is defensive, unprofessional and lacks respectful customer service skills, to put it mildly.
