in my opinion Benicia Heating is strongly aware of customer needs. After calling another contractor, who criticized me when they did not respond; I called Benicia Heating on a Thursday. I was given a firm appointment for Monday (4 days away). However the owner called Friday and offered to move the appointment up to that afternoon. We did, the technician did a complete inspection of my furnace, explained his results, and did not attempt to sell me something I did not need. I will be confident calling Benicia heating, if I require furnace or AC work.

I had a much different experience than the last reviewer. I am a Realtor in town and had 2 other HVAC companies flake on me. Willie at Benicia heating and air was at the property the same day I called and had a bid for me later that same day. The bid was very affordable and he was easy to work with. I will definitely use him for future jobs.

I called yesterday to set an appointment for them to look at my broken furnace. They tell me that they would be at my home between 8:30am-11am; so I tell my job that I will need a couple hours off to take care of the problem.
9am passes…10am, 11am then noon — still no show. I call Benicia Heating and AC at 12:15pm and they say «Oh sh*t, we forgot!».
Stay away from this company! Horrible customer service!
