Horrible customer service. Poor labeling of the customer service lines of what services are available at which register. Unable to do simple tasks in a timely manner. Again, why I avoid Walmart at all cost.

Customer service manager and self checkout lady were both extremely unhelpful when their machines made the mistake. They were both not pleasant, didn’t understand the problem and made it out to be my fault. Good job Walmart

Worst Walmart that I have been to. I have been to many Walmarts and this is far below the level of just alright. Limited inventory in everything. Unclean, unorganized. The Walmart in Redmond is well worth the drive.

While the Redmond Walmart can easily be described as «The World’s Nicest Walmart» the one in Bend is just OK. I’ve read that Walmart has cut back on staffing leading to stocking problems and this is obvious at the Bend store. Lots of items are just not on the shelves. If you can find someone to help you they’ll occasionally be able to find what you want in the back but too often there is no one there to help you.
You need to up your game Walmart! Hire some more people!

I watched a female latino manager yell at an employee in front of everyone. The store is always dirty, and the construction is horrible. There are pieces of the floor missing in spots where they already laid new flooring down. I asked an employee about the heavy gas fumes in the store one day and she laughed and said management didn’t care about them. No one seems to care about the store, and most things are always out of stock. I will go to the Redmond Supercenter before coming here.

For an older store this isn’t that bad. They are in the process of expanding the store in to a supercenter and adding around 100 new jobs. Too bad they won’t ditch the floor tiles and ceiling tiles and add skylights. Now that would really dress this place up.

OK. A review for a Walmart? Really? Well yeah, I normally don’t shop here but when I need some stuff quick and not from around the area I knew they would have it. A very well staffed store and they are friendly too. Had to visit customer service the day after and that only confirms my initial experience. What more can I say… it’s a nice store.
