We were on our journey from West Coast to East Coast, and decided to take a detour through central Oregon to stop at our favorite brewery, Deschutes. My husband found this place through Trip Advisor. When I pulled into the driveway, I looked around, huffed, and pulled back out. I parked at the Sonic Drive-​In next door and told my husband he had better convince me and do it fast.
After reading reviews, I pulled back into the drive and we checked in. The outer appearance is white-​trashy, but please don’t let that turn you away.
As the previous reviewer said, it is kitschy but comfortable. There was a microwave, a fridge (with OJ), coffee maker, and tv. A snack basket with fruit, muffins, microwave popcorn, and oatmeal was on the small table. The wi-​fi worked well, and the bed was very comfortable.
If we are ever in Bend again, we will be sure to stay here.

My wife and I stayed here for an extended weekend and had a blast. This is a hidden gem in Bend. We wanted to stay in a inexpensive motor inn style motel and this was perfect. The room was small but very cozy and super kitschy. There is a TV w/​cable, and wifi though we didn’t bring a laptop so I don’t know how fast it is.
I think this place could be super if they would just push the nostalgia piece a little more, but that’s just the marketer in me. We will be staying here again, if we ever go back to Bend.
