The location is great and that is the ONLY reason I didn’t run the first month. The rent is pricy for what you get… nothing. There are absolutely NO amenities in this facility. No a gym, no hot tub, not even cable in the common area! Our unit was FAR from being ready when we moved in… it was dirty, un painted, carpets were not cleaned, gas was turned off, air conditioning wasn’t working(we moved in the middle of August) and it took quite a long time(over a month later) for these issues to be completely resolved. You can get a MUCH nicer home… just as good of a location and be happier someplace else!
