I do generally feel that a Starbucks is a Starbucks. You know what you’re getting into, you know what drink you want, you may want to chill and surf the net, you may want to relax and have a conversation. All feasible, like in most Starbucks locations. The reason that this place gets it’s 4 stars is because the staff are nice and there are plenty of parking spots. It also is the correct temperature: not freezing you out, not sweating you out. My Americano could have done w/​a little more room (for cream), but whatever, I didn’t cry about it (much).

While it’s a strip mall store and therefore lacks the character of, say, local Looney Bean I do really appreciate the great team working this Bucks. Some of the team remember me by name (and I don’t go very often) and even remember my daughter too. I do feel appreciated and I love their consistency. Pastries are still drab, they need to get those locally.

Great, quick service, full food options (warm like the spinach feta wrap and cold items), with comfy places to sit! Parking is also easy — parked it here for about an hour between customer meetings.

I have mixed reviews. The people that work here are worth 5 stars. It’s good service and they seem like nice people. I would give it 5 stars and felt bad giving less but…
It’s super cold there and the music is cranked up way too loud. If you’re on a date, and don’t want to talk, great. If you’re doing work or want to chat. It’s too loud. I’m a musician that brought my studio monitor, noise canceling headphones and they didn’t work there because the music was so loud. So environment is more like 1 star to me.

I’m usually more of a fan of locally owned coffee shops, but there’s a new man working there that I will most definitely be coming back for… he’s courteous without being fake-​nice. Well done Starbucks for stepping up the eye-​candy for us

4.5 stars? It’s a Starbucks.
Live a little. Take a chance on a coffee from an independent shop that might vary slightly from cup to cup, made with beans roasted in smaller batches, with flavor profiles that step outside the homogenous zone.
4.5 stars? Again: It’s. A. Starbucks.
However, if you enjoy steamed milk with a hint of coffee-​ish flavor, overwhelmed by sugary syrups and powders… it’s a Starbucks.

This Starbucks is NOT in a grocery store. I wish my GPS could tell the difference. This is my first time in this Starbucks. The staff is very friendly, there is a little bit more seating than the average Starbucks, and there’s outside seating. There are NOT very many outlets. (And that’s why I gave it 4 stars rather than 5.) The only thing I drink at Starbucks is iced chai tea lattes… I don’t like coffee. Clearly, the Starbucks chain has this drink down to a science. And I’ve yet to find a chai tea latte that tastes better than Starbucks. But now, lets go back to the subject of my GPS. What the heck is wrong with the skies above Bend. The GoogleMaps GPS has been SO SO wrong! But the Starbucks is nice.

Best shop in town! I was not a Starbucks person before I started dating my current partner. Now we go to this shop often. The staff is always friendly and quick to get drinks out! Highly recommended.

I am a Starbucks Junkie. Safe to say, I see that green umbrella anywhere and I go. But, this Starbucks stands out to me. I go there a lot, and I must say, of all the Bucks in town, this one is my fav. They are always so nice, always remember my drink, make it correct 100% of the time. They rock!

A Starbucks is a Starbucks. But since this one in Bend it’s special. Especially when the sky is blue and you are ordering a frapachino on July 5th after a night on fireworks at the old mill.
