Yesterday my husband and I were looking for a spotting scope. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making our choice. He took three scopes of our choosing out into the parking lot, mounted each one on a tripod and allowed us to make our choice. Adam went far beyond what a normal «sales person» would do.
