Was so excited to book with Erika again today. She is amazing! She puts a serious emphasis on relaxation and therapy. She is so thorough and you can tell that she really wants to address problem areas. She is not detached from the massage the way I’ve found many therapists to be. She is my favorite in town & you will not regret booking with her!

LOVED my massage with Erika and can’t wait to book enough! She listened to what my issues were, (there were a number of them!) then addressed the issues in the massage. As she massaged, she gave me great exercise options to stretch and strengthen the problem areas. AMAZING!!! The booking process is all done online, though perhaps you could call too. I can’t say enough good about my visit with Erika. She carefully listened to exactly what I was hoping to get out of my massage, and did EXCELLENT work in meeting those goals. Not only did she improve my complaints with perfect-​pressure massage, but at the end of the visit she took extra time to teach me stretches and exercises to do at home to maintain better musculature. She is very knowledgeable and her home studio is clean, quiet, and comfortable. I will not think twice before going back to her.

I desperately needed a massage for neck pain that wouldn’t go away; Erika had an immediate opening and I had seen her good reviews on Unilocal.The booking process was super easy — I could book online right away and pay on paypal so I didn’t have to worry about it at the time of the massage.
The massage was wonderful — I have had a ton of massages and I am pretty particular but she took the time to find out what I needed and really focused on what I said. She was very skilled and really worked through my knots — she gave me a deep tissue massage, like I like, but I imagine she could adjust her pressure as necessary depending on what you need.
I will definitely be back.

Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had! Erika took a few minutes before the massage to find out a little about me, what I do, how I use my body daily and at work, what points may need the most work. Her studio is a very relaxing, calming environment that makes you feel at ease immediately. From the minute she started working, it was perfection. She zeroed in on every knot and tense spot and worked them out with just the right amount of pressure. I’ll definitely be going back to see her soon!

Erika is a highly skilled masseuse. She worked through years of muscle tension in my neck and shoulders in just two sessions. I’ve recommended her to a number of people and they’ve all raved about what a difference she made for them. You can count on Erika to be intuitive and give you just the massage that you need.

I had an appointment for a myofascial massage and Erika took her time to explain to me exactly what that meant. After she started she suggested we just do deep tissue instead. She couldn’t have been more right! Even though the deep tissue was less expensive she did what was right for the client. I really appreciated her patience and honesty, it’s hard to find that these days. The massage was incredible and she even went longer than the hour. I highly recommend her services and expertise. I get several massages because I weight lift regularly and get very tight pecs/​shoulders. I really wish that I lived here and wasn’t just vacationing here because she would be my new permanent LMT. I’ve been coming to bend to visit my brother for years now each time trying a new massage therapist. Trying to find someone who knows what they are doing! Finally the search is over! As a massage therapist myself and a spa owner in Portland, I can’t say enough good things about her. I will only come to get massages from Erika from now on!

Erika is the best! I have been to other massage therapist and no one has been able to give me relief from my constant shoulder pain. Erika even showed me some stretches to do at home between appointments so I kept my shoulder limber and pain free! I highly recommend Erika! Im really sad she moved to Oregon, I havent been able to find another therapist that can do what she does.
