I’ve never ever walked out of MAC at Macy’s in Bend unsatisfied! All of the ladies that work here are SO nice, and I honestly prefer this MAC counter to the one back at my hometown in Portland. So glad that Bend has a MAC! I didn’t know the store existed here until I stumbled across it in Macy’s a few weeks ago, and I felt like I had been saved by the grace of god! MAC is my go-​to beauty counter and these ladies always make my shopping experience fun, and I never want to leave the store! My wallet hates me for this. I am always impressed by their knowledge, expertise, and honest professional opinions and tips. Can’t go wrong at this MAC store. I will never visit my hometown MAC again, so glad that there’s one here only ten minutes from my house :)

I had Laurel from Mac Cosmetics (located in Macy’s) do my wedding make-​up. Not only is she incredibly AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, AND PERSONABLE, she also came to the wedding site the day of.
I couldn’t have gone with a better, more qualified person!

This store is out of supplies all the time, very minimally stocked. However went in yesterday and a woman with long brown hair and blonde tips was swamped but managed the crowd quickly and with great customer service. She helped me get a lipstick.
