Jerry’s RV Service Center

These guys are great. Work very hard to make sure work is done on time. They are very considerate of getting you on the road especially when I have a trip planned soon. Had work done at a dealership first with disappointing customer service. Friend recommended Jerry’s and I won’t look back. This is the kind of place I have come to expect in Bend.

I’ve been to Jerrys twice for electrician repairs on my small RV. I was traded fairly and professionally. The fees they charged were reasonable, and they do business honestly, at least they treated me that way. I would recommend them —

They’ve fixed emergency problems with our awning which was unwilling to retract on our brand new 2016 Airstream Interstate, they’ve set up a towing bar with all the wiring for our Jeep Rubicon, and also installed a complicated wiring harness on our Porsche Cayenne for towing a trailer. Kirby and Bo understand what they’re doing and they carry out their work in a polite and professional manner.
Capable and Trustworthy folks who get the job done properly at a fair price.

Probably the most honest, helpful people we’ve met on the road. Our heater wasn’t working and after tinkering with it for a few minutes, it worked! They never made us feel dumb for being such a simple fix and immediately looked at it even though they seemed busy. No charge for being so simple so we purchased some stuff from their store because it was very reasonably priced and these people were so friendly. They know what they’re doing and I wish we could take our old rv to them every time we had an issue!

I rolled in w/​o an appointment in hopes of getting a leaking faucet fixed. Beau told me that they had a 2 week backup and were dealing with 5 extra emergency fix-​its today. However, he took the time to ask me what the problem was and said he’d take a look at it. 30 minutes later he had replaced the broken faucet and I was on my way. I was incredibly appreciative that he took the time during a very busy day to address my repair issue. The cost was also reasonable to boot! Will use Jerry’s any time I need my RV repaired.

We need a new under counter water filter for our RV as well as a few other small items. We researched and saw that Jerry’s is claimed to the Central Oregon’s largest parts, accessory and service department.
Off we went. Store is not very large, but they do have quite a few items available in stock.
The first thing we looked for was the water filter. They had one, we looked at the price and couldn’t believe what we saw. I told my husband it has to be mismarked. So we took it up and asked, no they said, the price is right. It was priced $ 30 more than we’ve ever paid for one, so we passed on that.
They did have the cotter pins we were looking for, as well as the blind hold downs. They both were reasonably priced.
The only other item we were looking for was a window awning plastic hold down. One of ours was brittle and broke. We did not find one. And as we are only in town for a few days, we did not ask about ordering one.
In summation, not a bad variety, and some prices within range. Just be aware of typical prices of items before purchasing.

Jerry’s has the most knowledgeable and helpful people concerning RVs. They have always done the work promised and at a reasonable price. I can always rely on the advice they give.

Hard time writing this review because I ended up pretty happy with what I got and they helped me by answering some amateur questions… they just weren’t the nicest people. I felt like an idiot and it was a little rough around the edges. I just bumped the number up from 3 to 4 as I’m typing this… because I think that I’m happy with my purchase/outcome…just a really weird, unwelcoming, experience.

I’ve work with Jim for years! Always true to his word! I ordered a hard to get part and he delivered sooner then expected! Prices are reasonable, but the service is outstanding!

very helpful and carry a wide range of products. I have been here several times and everytime I have been treated very well. I will return the next time I need this type of service.

I’m a fan of Jerry’s. They installed my new fifth wheel hitch and a Firestone wireless airbag system on my new Ford F250 Diesel. They under promised and over delivered which is a very good thing in the RV biz.
