Horrible customer service. Go elsewhere if possible.
A week ago I stopped by to get a quote on redoing our Toyota pickup. They gave a quote and I was ok with the price.
However, I had to wait in the shop to get someone’s attention at that time. I overlooked it as a bad moment in time. It was, rather, a precursor to their attention to clients.
Today I called at 0900 and left a message with details on who I was, what I wanted, and referenced the quote. At 1500 they had not called back so I called again and was told they were booked until June.
I understand they are booked ahead and would accept that but I cannot fathom the lack of a courtesy call from a business owner.
