These guys did a great job and were professional and transparent in everything they did. When I walked into the shop Marvin helped me select carpet and gave me a rough price estimate based on my sketch.
When I placed my order they sent out Steve to measure the space and explained how the carpet I had selected needed to be installed to look good on the stairs and minimize cost. A quote was emailed to me within a day or so.
On installation day they arrived on time and did an excellent job. Excess scraps were removed and the new carpet was vacuumed. Hard to imagine how they could have done anything more.

Thought Floor Décor would be a good carpet vendor, but the company really let us down! We ordered carpet in April this year for a June 30 delivery. We touched base with the company on several occasions and they told us the delivery was on track. Marv asked us to move the delivery date up to the 27^th at 9:30AM. We moved all of our furniture out of the living room and 2^nd floor landing per their instructions waiting for the installers. When no installers showed up at 9:30 and we called Marv and team at 11:30. The answer now was that they had failed to order the carpet. Needless to say we were very disappointed and we would not recommend using this company for your flooring solution. Marv’s apology was «I guess that’s our bad», no discount or help of moving the furniture back in the house was offered which seemed appropriate. MT

Floor Décor has gained a lifetime customer with us! Our experience was more than great with these guys. We went in knowing what we wanted in terms of the flooring and countertops. Marv was so good, he showed us some marble tile that he thought we should consider for the counter backsplash instead of having the countertop and backsplash the same. We are so glad he suggested it. E end result was a much richer look and we couldn’t be happier. He also took the time to show and explain the different grades in carpet so we could make a more informed choice. Good thing, too, because our vacation rental needs to withstand high traffic and abuse. We also went with the carpet pad he suggested when we told him it was a vacation rental. It has made a big difference in cleaning up pet accidents. What impressed us the most was how well Marv coordinated all the workers in our house: carpet layers, vinyl planking installers, countertop crew, plumber, tile guy. Everything went so smoothly over just a few days. When we retire next year and buy a home for us to reside in, we will have all of our flooring and countertops done by Floor Décor. They are simply outstanding to work with. I’m sorry to say we never had an experience like this in the Portland area with all the homes we have remodeled here. Kudos to Floor Décor, and thank you so much!

Over the years we have had Floor Décor replace all the carpet in our home with hardwood flooring. They have been very thorough through the bidding process all the way to completion of installation. Very pleased with their work.
