Dairy Queen, I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed. Every time I come, your blizzards always fail to satisfy me. As a single man with sensual desires, I go to you guys when I’m in need. The last DQ in my hometown always took care of my wants. But you guys never give me the satisfaction of going down on a ripe blizz. There’s either not enough chocolate, too watery, or it lacks the umph that I crave. 1 star is harsh, but I’m a man in need right now. Hope you guys understand, but I’ve really had better. Forever disappointed, Derrick

Overall, a clean restaurant, with some unique, themed decorations. Lots of potential. But food is interminably slow, and I had to ask four times for fry sauce. Finally, it arrived, but not before the whole experience really soured for me.

Sure would be nice if an Adult worked here. Just a bunch of High Schoolers being disorganized and working their first job. Got three coupons for buy 1 get 1 free Blizzards, got the same kind of Blizzard each time, and what they brought me were similar, but all were different. Tasty, but still unsure what exactly goes into a turtle pecan.

Good place for dessert I live there food it’s just very slow. So the customer service is ok but the drive thru takes too long. The people are young but friendly

Wife and I ate there last night — previous reviewers are 100% correct — great for desserts, absolutely should be banned from selling anything else. Took a while to get food, and the burgers where gross — over cooked and lacking anything other than meat and cheese and tons of sickening mayonnaise derived sauce. No lettuce, tomato, etc. Hot dogs were equally awful, cooked way too long, seems they had been sitting user a heat lamp or something for about a week. And, they top all their food with a helping of diarrhea — both my wife and I woke up a few hours after eating there with that!

Really the worst. I’ve eaten at Dairy Queens all over the county and was excited that a new Dairy Queen was coming to my neighborhood. Sooooooo disappointed. I ordered a mushroom & swiss that truly was nasty even for fast food standards. A thin burger, literally 3 slices of mushrooms in a slimy mess that I suppose was to represent the Swiss cheese. No lettus. No tomato. No other condiments. My husband ordered the chili dog and thought it was such low quality it want worth eating. Really AVOIDATALLCOST!!!

If you’re looking for desert, this is a fantastic place. If you’re looking for actual food, then you really ought to avoid it. I don’t remember what I ate but I do recall that no member of my family of four(two children included) were happy with the food.

We have tried this Dairy Queen 4 to 5 times now and are consistently disappointed. We kept hoping that the poor quality food and service was due to it having just opened. However, at this point, it’s clearly an Owner/Manager issue. We have been going to the South side location since we were kids but this new location is only a mile from home so we thought we would make the switch. The staff is young and inexperienced and yet, that doesn’t seem to be an issue at the other location or other food chains. The burgers are consistently over cooked and hard and then SLOPPED with condiments. The fries are typically warm and hard at best. And the cleanliness is a problem, busy or slow. Again, a staff is only as good as it’s owner and management team. And this one needs a LOT of improvement all the way around. Worth the drive across town to get a consistently yummy and awesome DQ experience by the friendliest folks around!

Well,.what can I say. We go to Dairy Queen ALL summer long, usually in the summer evenings with the grandkids or just us. Would primarily get their small dipped cones or sundaes. Love them !! However, IDK if it’s this batch or what, but the soft serve seems bland ?? Definitely not as sweet as it used to be. The chocolate, cherry, & butterscotch dip very waxy. Just saying,… Companies are cutting everywhere, oz’s disappearing, cereal boxes getting skinny, peanut butter jars hallowed out from the bottom, etc. The«new» inflation. Btw, the Empire location is very nice and clean

Just recently built, this place has all the classics of the original DQ but with a very new pnausch! Always a great place for fast and great food. With a huge selections of frozen sweet treats. If you have never been you better get going…
