Avoid this company unless you enjoy being given the run around, poor customer service and having to call ten times for any kind of answer /response. After two months of dealing with this company we are totally baffled by the good reviews. It’s been a disaster.

The entire team at Cascade Heating was really helpful and easy to work with. From Gus the project estimator to Kyle, the installer they were fantastic. The heat pump I had installed 15 years ago had finally given it’s all and it was time to replace it. Gus came out and did a complete and through assessement of our needs. This retrofit was going to require some changes to how our current airflow was installed. Kyle the installer was prompt, polite and professional. He spent three days working on our project and every single day he was prompt, polite and professional and very hardworking. There was never any mess and even our pets were happy to see him each day he arrived to the site. I would not hesitate to recomend Al Damon and his crew at Cascade Heating. They did a fanstastic job on a retrofit to our heatpump on our old farmhouse on the east side of Bend.

They service and install good products but their customer service stinks. We have been trying to get certain information from them for a month, and even after messages, emails and phone conversations, nothing! So if you need something done quickly with good response, try someone else.
