This is the best experience buying a home ever! Not only was the inspector (who happened to be the owner) professional and very detailed, he also went out of his way to answer all of my questions. I have purchased a lot of homes throughout the years and this by far was a very pleasant experience. It was also great to get the report in my hands before he left which had photos and all the other necessary information to make a big decision to buy.
