Had horrible service here, don’t go here for your transmission needs. My wife brought our Cadillac in because it was not shifting well. She spoke to a technician named Chris who was super rude and belittling, almost made her cry. Told her she was hearing things that were not there! Went to AAMCO and they found the problem immediately and fixed it writhing two business days.

I was towing a small trailer when my Rogue just gave out. I knew I was in trouble and would have to be towed somewhere, so I chose Bend Transmission because of the good things I had heard. Being a woman in a mechanics world can be intimidating and sometimes frustrating, but I never felt that with Bend Transmission! I was communicated with in a timely manner and treated as a customer should be treated. As it turned out my transmission had to be entirely rebuilt and it took some time; but I am glad that I was patient because my car is running great. I just got home from a roundtrip Bend to Portland trip, picking up precious cargo: my daughter and infant grandson, just four days after picking up my car from Bend Transmission. My car ran great, no problems and I can safely say that I am a very happy customer!

Okay so I will tell it as honestly as I can. I had my 16 year old son’s clutch fixed here because of a recommendation from Central Oregon Brakes for less… great company and very fair prices! After having the clutch fixed I got a call from my son the day after telling me his wheel fell of the car while driving down the road… I was out of town at the time. We called Bend transmission to see if for some reason the removed the wheel, they at first denied doing so but later admitted to doing it. I then was told that the car, by insurance standards was totaled and they would pay $ 1700 to replace it. I paid $ 2700 for it and the insurance company was basing it off of wholesale, because all of us out there buy wholesale… right! Long story short I told them they could either repay the money I was out… car plus the work they did or repair the car. It was a $ 100 dollar difference in the end and they chose to repair car, which is fine. Problem being this happened on June 8th which was a month ago… not very proactive for someone who put my son’s life in jeopardy. I get mistakes happen but to treat it as it is no big deal is inexcusable… if I had jeopardized someone’s life and others around him by not doing my job by God I would fix it and fix it fast. Not look for the most economical way out of it. Got the car back today. a month later, hopefully my son will be safe??? If you want to be cheap and question what your riding in by all means choose them. My wife even got a resounding yes from the gal today when she asked«I bet you are glad to be done with us» Funny thing… we have barely had any correspondence with them since the incident. Take from this what you will!
