I had to come here because of a work related injury. I initially came in to get stitches in y chin. I was amazed how fast they got me in and taken care of. I thought it was because of me bleeding a lot while in the waiting room. They did a great job cleaning out the cut andstitvhes turned out nicely.
Upon my return to remove the stitches, again these guys were lightning fast! This visit I was in and out within 10 min! I would definitely recommend BMC for urgent care.

Not only do they have knowledgable staff, and great customer service, but they are always the first to participate in new trials, latest technology, and best practices. Highly recommend their expert services.

Customer service is terrible. I was not responded to after repeated attempts to clear up a billing issue (In the end it took over 6 weeks of emails and phone calls) and had to go to the president of company before I could get a resolution. Even then after going to that level, they were not able to resolve the issue in a way that was satisfying to me. This is a big group practice that cares more about the bottom dollar than patient and customer care. They just told me that they didn’t believe what I was telling them when I had already paid ²⁄₃ of my bill in full for the treatment that was received and only had an issue with a portion of the bill. I will never go here again and I would get everything in writing about fees if you decide to go here. Also, go directly to the upper management if there is an issue because if you are anything like me, it is difficult to get a response from anyone else.

The wait was too long at lunchtime so I came back the next morning. It was well worth it. The reception staff was pleasant, the intake nurse was professional and friendly, the NP who saw me could have been a doctor. She was great! Everyone there was professional and friendly with the exception of the young woman who signed me out. Overall, a positive experience.
Update: Two of my friends say BMC is way overpriced. In my experience, Billing is aggressive and will send your account to collection if it’s late.
