Pretty average whatever kinda burger. Much better burgers can be had for $ 11 though. Wouldn’t go back

Three cheers for Chloe and the friendly efficent service she gave us. This place has the best gluten free buns i have ever tasted and they are not too large like most places. I had the mirror pond burger and the mushrooms were fab. The fries seem homemade and plentiful. This location has easy parking so we prefer it. This is not fast food but it’s worth the wait.

Really good burger and home cut fries. Burger was juice with lots of flavor. Parking lot a little small but easy on street parking. Very clean and well kept. I’ll be back for more.

Great burger and fries, loved the type of bun and the interesting menu choices. I had the Broken Top burger and I’ll do it again! Staff was smiling and right on top of vacant tables even though they were moderately busy.

It’s NYE and we are in need of take-out. Where do we turn? The local burger place — Bend Burger Company. Called in our order and will admit that there was a lengthy delay due to order mix-ups. Why still 5 stars? They were insanely apologetic without any provocation. The food was some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Garden burger — makes me proud to be vegetarian. And the bun — so good! Husband had the Sunrise Burger — said it was perfect! Sweet potato tots were delicious. Crispy outside with warm sweet potato inside. Husband had garlic fries. Probably wouldn’t pick them on date night… But they were amazing. We will be back in 2016. Will be a highlight of any trip to Bend.

OMG! My sister and I were in the midst of a grand day of shopping and she suggested a burger for lunch at Bend Burger Company. Hands down the best burger I have ever had. A Mirror Pond with Swiss cheese, onions, and mushrooms. And the fresh, handcut fries are to die for. They also offer adult beverages and have sweet potato tots and onion rings. All this along with a menu that includes chicken sandwiches and salads. I don’t even remember all of what was listed on the menu. I will definitely be going there again.

Great burger. and fries. Pilot Butte has nothing on the burgers at this place. New burger favorite

The Green Bean Bowl at the Bend Burger Company is out of this world. Pick your burger and instead of being served on a bun, it’s served atop a bed of fresh, bacon-y green beans. Highly recommended. I didn’t give 5 stars because our wait for our order(three people) was exceptionally long. They have several signs up: «warning. This is not fast food.» We joined a group of four others who ordered just minutes before us and they were done with their meals before we were ever served. Reeeally long wait.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The Broken Top burger was delicious and my dining partner had the Bend Burger and really liked it too. French fries were very tasty! This place has a locals feel with community care apparent. Sometimes it’s nice to get away from the touristy feeling places in Bend! We’ll be back.

Stopped here for lunch the other day. Just had a regular burger with fries. The burger was good. The bun fresh tasting, real lettuce and tomato, generous pickles. Almost as good as the ones we make at home. The fries were exceedingly greasy. Liked the sauce served on the side. I just couldn’t come to grips with the price of nearly $ 9 for a burger and fries.

The Bend Burger Company makes the best garlic fries I have ever had. The Rueben was flavorful. The Broken Top burger was juicy and fresh. Highly recommend this place. It is a good thing it is a town hundreds of miles away.

Absolutely, hands down, the BEST tasting burger in Bend!!! I love the Deschutes Burger with pineapple and ham. Soooo yummy! The sweet potato tots are unique and delish. But my favorite is the sauce they serve with it! Service is always great and the place is super clean. MUSTGOTOBBC! So glad they have a north side location now :)

I really want to like this place. The staff is friendly and accommodating, it’s brand new so the tables, chairs and floors aren’t permanently greasy like their downtown location, and it’s nice and roomy. It needs a little more personality, though. Something to make it unique and memorable. I usually get a Mirror Pond Burger, which is mushrooms, swiss cheese and onions. I like the flavor combination and they always do a good job sautéing the mushrooms. The onions are a little crazy though; a little too many, overflowing, and they’re red onions. The bun is nice, but always soaks up a layer of grease which you can see while you’re eating. I wish they would toast the buns so it would hold up a little better. They always include fries with your burger, but I think how they’re done — totally depends whose cooking them. They are not consistent. Sometimes they’re crispy and sometimes they’re soggy, and sometimes they’re salty. They have a lot of burger options, sandwich options, and now, mini burger options, which don’t have all the fancy fixings but are a good deal around $ 6 because they include fries, too. We like the burgers here, but never enough to finish them. It’s sort of «meh» on all three counts — atmosphere, burgers, fries… satisfactory but won’t blow you out of the water.
