The guys at Battery Systems of Bend are great — they had the Trojan T-​105 batteries I needed in stock and fully charged, and they gave me a good price for them.
They even let me take the Trojans without dropping my old batteries — no core charge or deposit — with just my word that I’d bring the old batteries on Monday to cover the core charge. I really appreciate companies that treat their customers with trust and respect. I’d recommend Battery Systems of Bend to anyone. Thanks guys!

Unethical and bad business demeanor. Never delivered product and refused to refund money. I had to file dispute with credit card company to stop payment. Go to battery plus instead!
#1. I was lied to and told that I could return the solar panel for a refund. However when i went to return it the following week to that same employee I was told that he didn’t remember telling me that I could return it and then we were refused a refund and were verbally accosted by the owner/​manager/​boss for wanting to return the product.
#2. We returned the item with the promise of in store credit and delivery of the product we wanted. Which was never delivered.
#3. The owner/​manager then attempted to sell me a product that he knew very little about and became verbally aggressive toward me until I informed him how incorrect and under informed he was on the product. At which time he withdrew himself from the conversation and left the room.
unethical business practices exhibited. I will never do business here again.
