Huge selection, especially for nuts, bolts, fasteners, and couplers. Good selection of locks, chains, tubes, door hardware. Floor space is well-​used.
Staff is available, helpful, and friendly. They know the store well and can help find just about anything. If they don’t carry something, they may be able to order it for you. If you mistakenly purchase something, you can return it. I purchased two long fluorescent replacement tubes but it turns out I probably have a bad ballast. Returning the tubes was painless, and it looks like they carry ballasts so that’s next on the list.
They also helped me find the right couplers for my natural gas grill, along with gas rated Teflon tape and gas leak detection spray.
Prices are competitive and in some cases identical to Amazon. Very happy to be becoming a regular customer here.
