The staff at this car wash is amazing. They are always smiling and willing to go the extra mile. I would recommend this wash to everyone. Car always comes out clean.

There are quite a few of these type washes closer to me, but none are near as good as this one. Quality wash, good prep, super easy with the monthly deal but not even hard if you choose a different wash each visit. Comes with a three day rain guarantee! Truck looks fantastic and that’s off the 5 dollar wash, I can only imagine what a better wash could do. Turns out the real high point here is the service and the vacuums, nice friendly people working here to ensure smooth, quality visit. If you have kids, your car is probably worse inside than out like mine, these vacuums are the best I have found within a hundred miles. Suction like you wouldn’t believe, close trash cans for quick disposal, and no time out when your almost done. Truly worth a visit, we will be traveling out of our way just to drop by here for washes from now on!

I had my car washed on November 3, 2014 at Q Speedwash as it had just opened and I wanted to give them a shot. As my car went through the automated car wash I noticed that my TPMS(tire pressure monitoring system) light went on my dashboard. As my car wash was finishing, the staff came to the exit to tell my that my tire was flat. As i eased out of the car wash and exited my vehicle, it was evident that the tire was flat. Upon inspection I noticed that during the car wash, my valve stem wash sheared off. I immediately opened my trunk and pulled my spare tire and jack out. I had no less than four car wash staff standing there gawking and talking, and despite the fact that they were all saying that somehow the automated system had sheared off my tire valve– NOONE offered to help me change my tire. In the midst of my frustration with my car jacked up and all of my lug nuts off right at the opening to the car wash exit– a man came to see if I needed help and I laid into him thinking he worked there. Unfortunately, I found out that he was another customer who saw all of these a-holes standing there and talking like they were looking at a wreck on the interstate. I thanked the man but told him I could take care of it. I had to go inside the office and ask how to resolve the issue– and after 30 minutes I had filled out an «incident report» and was given a card for Lonnie Folsom– which states«Operations Director» for Q Speedwash and was told he would contact me within the week. I waited a week and hadn’t heard from Lonnie, so I called him. He seemed like a decent guy on the phone and told me to get it fixed and that they would submit it to insurance. I went to the local dealer and had it fixed, and was shocked when the bill was $ 150. I called Lonnie and told him that I had the bill and I sent a copy to him. He said it would take 2 – 4 weeks to get it processed. I waited 4 weeks and hadn’t heard a thing from anyone at Q Speedwash or received my reimbursement, so I called Lonnie again. He told me the check was«in the mail» so I waited another 3 days– and still nothing. I called Lonnie around December 15 again and told him what was going on. He told me that he had submitted a claim and that he would have them send me another check. It is now January 3, 2015 and I tried to call Lonnie to tell him that I hadn’t received my check yet– but it went straight to voicemail. DONOTGOTOTHISCARWASH if you want them to be responsible for anything. I have been to the car wash just east of Q Speedwash many times before and since– and I have always had great service and no problems at all.

This is by far THE best express car wash I have ever been to! The staff were helpful and always pleasant and my car came out with a showroom shine! They will have my regular business for sure!!!
