A new management company bought the property around 2015 and they are working hard to improve the quality of life here for the residents! Patience with the remodeling will benefit you moving in, the ladies in the office are caring and attentive, Tracie works so hard and with care to meet your needs in a timely manner and the new assistant manager was awesome to work with.

Im uploading current pictures of the water leak issue getting worse. Thank god my lease is finally up next month. Terrible apt, they are repainting and the outside looks ok but the insides are what counts.

Live there since 2006 .move out 2014 my rent was higher then all my nieghbors. they move my neighbors in with low rent. Had three cars all got keyed living there. Addtional fees are high your rent 550 but water bill, trash bill, gas bill, processing fee 100 dollars extra on rent is terrible. why a gas bill. oh a pest control bill .always a water leak
