Mt. Cross Ministries

Our church went to Mt. Cross for our 4day youth retreat. We enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and facilities. Kyle was very friendly and helpful, available to help with anything whenever necessary. Our students enjoyed their stay in the cabins. The food was really good and tasty for the most part, tho portions could be larger.
A couple wishes: «Evergreen» cabin & bathroom within it were a tad old. Maybe renovations. And for the Lodge (Lower Jensen) where our adult counselors stayed, it would be nice if more «double» beds are available: where husbands+wives/families could sleep together, instead of on bunk beds.
Despite our wishes, we appreciated how large the main sanctuary space was (Upper Jensen). It fit our group of 40 very well, with lots of room to spare. We did our main sessions, worship and large group games time in that space – and it felt very spacious and roomy. We appreciated how close everything was together: the Cafeteria, main worship center (Jensen), students’s lodging (Evergreen) and adults lodging (Lower Jensen).
We hope to return again in the future! Thanks Kyle and team for the wonderful customer service :)
