I’d known Bob for many years before enlisting his services to improve my general range of motion. Years of swim training and general aerobic exercise had deleterious effects on my flexibility, with visits to mainstream physical therapists only providing short term, barely measurable improvements. Further, self-​directed stretches also provided minimal improvement, with adverse trickle down to training and racing performance.
Bob recommended his Microfiber Reduction service to remediate the restrictions. Prior to and concluding administration, he was diligent in measuring swim and run specific ranges and benchmarking them to ideals. The improvements across all ranges, at first blush, seemed like a visual trick: I felt ‘rubbery’ for the first time in many years. Upon completion and return to graduate school, I went out for a very long run (9 miles), and didn’t want to stop! Subsequent visits to physical or massage therapists using deep myofascial release practices, though reasonably effective, have never matched the techniques Bob imparted on my body. My only wish is he lived closer!
