I’ve purchased all my computers from them for twenty years. Maybe a half dozen. They are excellent. And they have repaired difficult problems that I couldn’t resolve. Because of their excellent reputation, they stay overworked with sales and computer repairs. All the while, they contend with difficult customers who are agitated because their computer is broken.

called on the phone, was given 2 different prices for a computer I saw on their shelf. Went into the store to be told yet again a different price, I walked over to show him which computer I was talking about thinking maybe he thought I was referring to a different one… he practically ran me over to get the the shelf first and ripped off the price, saying that they had just done price changes and that one still needed done. I asked him why the price would be going up then, shouldn’t it be going down?

I have used these guys several times for repairs on my computers. I find them to be exceptionally knowledgeable, honest and dependable. I run a healthcare office and when a computer goes down, we need to have it back ASAP, they have a very quick turn around. They also build computers to order as well. These tech savvy computer guys know what they are doing.
