These are the worst apartments. When you leave they will most likely replace the carpet. This is how they make a little money when you leave. It was obvious when we moved in they had old carpet. But I was the guy they charged. I left in 09 and did not know anything about this bill no letter no email nothing until now when fort hood told me about it. Also if you want them to call u back good luck. When we lived there we also had a bug problem even though we are clean people the shower always had a roach running around it there and it always came back. Don’t waste your money here.

I’ve been living here for 6 months and it has been a great experience so far. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very quick. Any time I have had to contact the staff or maintenance, they’ve been very speedy with my requests. There’s great parking — each resident has their own reserved, covered spot. The complex is located in a great area as well — it’s close to UMHB, I-35, HEB, Wal-Mart, restaurants, and a lot of great parks. They have two really nice pools, each with their own hot tub. The exercise room is kept in excellent condition. I’ve never had any problems with noise or obnoxious people. It’s very quiet and everyone seems very respectful. You’ll find many families, college students, military guys, etc. I am very pleased with my apartment overall and I’d definitely recommend this place.

I’ve lived here for a year and have no complaints. Helpful staff, good parking, and we have a bright and airy apartment. Families, young professionals, college students, and retirees all live here and it’s nice and quiet. Great location too: about 2 miles off I-35, close to HEB, restaurants, parks, etc. I would recommend Turtle Creek to others.
