Yes, i had missed a few title loan payments which had gotten my car repoed! I have an all around 4WD 2008 Chrysler Aspen that was towed by 2 experienced employees of MKE’s. They had only been there for 6 months, i understand if you send an inexperienced and an experienced driver to tow a vehicle but not 2 inexperienced ones that are making out in the front seat as i was getting my belongings out of my car. We VOLUNTARILY gave them our car keys, which happened to be at 12:45 am Christmas eve!!! They had our vehicle hooked up by the front tires and there was no dolly. My fault for not taking a picture. I live in liberty hill and their location is in Belton, that is a LONG drive to tow a vehicle wrong. Well 4 days later i was finally able to get the money to get my car. Make note we have 6 kids and this was our only vehicle, we kept up with everything especially with my husband being a mechanic. Anyways the day i go get my car i gave her the money for storage fee and i ask to see my vehicle she refuses and there is a disagreement for about 10 minutes i end up being dumb and signing the paper. I get my car and the transmission light is on. Making this short, my reverse went out and couldnt drive over 20 mph i filed a complaint and gave them all the evidence i needed that reported MKE at fault. all they had to say was that they towed it correctly, with no physical evidence no pictures or anything. i had witnesses and car mechanic estimates of repairs. My claim was denied all because MKE lied. It cost almost $ 4000 to fix my car, if you had 6 kids to take care of i would hope you would know how badly that made everything at that point. MKE was at fault and did their job incorrectly, they need to reimburse me for my costs on something they destroyed because of their inexperienced coworkers not doing their job correctly!!!

Saw a news story about them illegally towing a car in a private parking lot. If you get towed by them I suggest you check into it as they might have illegally done it to you as well.
