Great first time experience!
I called for an appointment at my new house and was schedule for two days later. The technician called me before my scheduled appointment time stated he was running ahead of schedule and could come an hour early if that was ok with me, how is that for good customer service!
The technician was incredibly friendly and took the time to ask me about my specific pest control needs and explain everything he was doing along the way.
Great job Bell County Pest Control, I will be recommending you to friends.

Called Bell Co Pest for an outside ant spray, the first appointment was one week and one day later. I guess a dire emergency of having ants inside due to catfood did not matter. One hour before the scheduled appointment the «sprayer» called to cancel and said that MARY from the office will call to reschedule. That was 21 days ago with no call. Meanwhile I had to buy a lot of ant spray and spray the outside of my home. Called Bell Co Pest back again today, no apology for not re-​scheduling, I am having another bout of ants inside due to catfood… needed a quick response, need them tomorrow! Nope, sorry we don’t have anything for tomorrow. Needless to say I will no longer be using them, I was a repeat customer.

They were able to respond quickly to my alarm of ants everywhere. After the initial spray we still ad some stragglers in the kitchen; Bell County then came out and baited them for free. I also received a Thank you card in the mail which is pretty rare. Mary was extremely helpful with all the follow up questions i had.
