Food was not great, but the service is friendly. Next time I’m in town, may stop in for a beer, but will likely eat somewhere else.

Stopped in for lunch while in Beloit from out of town and was happy to find great friendly service and good food. Glad we decided to give this local restaurant a try!

I stopped in for the first time just a couple of weeks ago. I was impressed with the menu selection. This place seems very «mom & pop». I love that!
I decided to try their homemade potato chips and cheese sauce as an appetizer. I wasn’t crazy about the cheese sauce, but the chips were nothing short of outstanding. For lunch I ordered the grilled ham and cheese, but added onions and tomatoes. That too was delicious. The staff was friendly, and service was quick.
Now that I’ve finally stopped by, I will definitely be returning. =)
The only reason I am not giving this location 5-​stars is because the portions seemed a bit small for the price and I am not a fan of plastic table covers. They always tend to be sticky no matter where you go and they just give me the feeling that I’m at a family picnic. This may sound silly, but it just feels cleaner without the plastic table covers.
