McDonalds Management at this location — clean the place up! How does the Health Dept not fine this place or place it on probation??? This is the DIRTIEST McDs that I’ve ever been to. Stopped here once and won’t make that mistake again!

The whiney teenagers here are bad at everything and constantly complain about how hard their job is. I wouldn’t hire these people to work anywhere.

Horrible. The order is never correct. Something is either missing or prepared wrong. You can’t leave the drive through without physically checking each item. Even if the tag is correct, the order never is. Want no pickles? You get no condiments at all. Extra onions? Actually you get no onions and extra pickles. I’m not sure if it’s incompetence or blatantly done because it’s every single time I have ever been there.

Worst. Drive thru. Service. Ever.

Although expectations for fast food joints are low, this particular McDonald’s drags the bar down lower.
Unfortunately, this restaurant is one of my only options where I live. I typically have to go here before practices at my school across the road. It’s a good day when the food is either hot or if I even get the correct order. I’ve also been through here before when they were out of burgers. 3 times now had the soda fountain produced flat drinks.
If you’re in a hurry to get some food, go here. But if not, spend a few more minutes down the road to Saint Clairsville or Barnesville for a better experience.

This is the friendliest McDonald’s I have been to! We stopped here on a road trip and we could not have chosen a better McDonald’s. Our food was hot and fresh — the fries were some of the best. My dad went to get a drink and it was out. He told one of the cashiers who said they would change it. My dad returned to our table and the manager found us, gave him a refund for the drink and told him to get whatever he wanted. A minute later the manager came back with a full drink of my dad’s first choice. This McDonald’s was also one of the clean ones. Four stars because the first cashier was kind of confusing when she took our order and because it’s attached to a gas station.
