I’ve seen a lot of chiropractors in my day and not until I saw Dr. Daly did I realize that the other ones pale in comparison in terms of chiropractic skills. But a chiropractor’s ‘skill’ is much more complicated than just being able to manipulate bones. They must first be good listeners and only then follow up with relevant questions and appropriate tests that don’t require me to take a leap of faith in order to understand the mechanics of my injury, pain, etc and how the doctor proposes to treat it. Dr. Daly takes the time to completely understand the scope of my condition at that moment and my improvement or degradation each and every time I see him and then suggests appropriate treatment. He explains body mechanics and how his tests help him diagnose and provide said treatment which just makes sense! No voodoo magic or cracker jack chiropractor’s license. And his adjustments are always right on… I’ve never walked out feeling jacked up or as though he didn’t do a good enough job. He really knows his stuff and I’ve been there when other chiropractors have called him for advice or to ask him how to make a complex adjustment that only he knows how to make. I blew out two discs and had a fully instrumented double-​lumbar fusion at L4/​5, L5/​1 in 08 and Mark has taken a personal interest in my recovery and been instrumental in helping me adjust to the injury. He’s a great doctor who’s confident in his skills and knows more about his craft than any other chiropractor I’ve ever met. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. No one will walk out disappointed after seeing him.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Daly and would not consider seeing anyone else for pain management and well care. I am a childcare provider and cannot work when I have hip or back pain. He has saved me many a time when I have waited too long between visits and am in desperate need of pain relief. I think the best quality he has is his passion for what he does. He has given me tips on stretching, cold and flu prevention (even managed to adjust my fluid filled ear canal this year… I was able to finally hear after a week of misery) and overall wellness care.
I love the office in Belmont. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very calming, not clinical. If you have been fearful or doubtful of chiropractic care, I highly recommend a visit to Dr. Daly… one adjustment and you will see for yourself!
