Karenna made me a simple yet beautiful wedding band to match my husband’s. When I picked up the band she told me I could come in anytime if I decided that it wasn’t quite right – but so far it is perfect! I wish I knew about Karenna when I was looking at engagement rings.

I walked into Karenna’s shop five years when I first moved to the area. I’ve since gotten to know her and seen a lot of the work she does. There are a lot of fun gifts in her shop, but in terms of being fair and hard-​working, I’ve never seen anything like it. For repairs and custom projects, I would never think of going to anyone else. I’ve seen some beautiful engagement rings, wedding bands come out of her shop. And she’s done a few wonderful custom projects for me including cufflinks as a gift and a ring redesign. She’s wonderful. She doesn’t try to deceive you. She’s gets you a fair price and goes above and beyond.

Karenna’s store is filled with stunning hand-​made jewerly. I took Karenna’s jewelry-​making class with my parents for my mothers birthday, and it was perfect! Karenna was super sweet and a wonderful teacher. She gave us some options of things to make that were simple yet complicated enough to be interesting. We came out totally delighted with a beautiful pair of earrings for my mother. Even my father enjoyed the class!
The store is VERY highly recommended for the wonderful owner, the great classes, and the beautiful pieces for sale.

Karenna custom made our wedding bands and we couldn’t be happier!

Karenna made my fiancé and my wedding bands. She is such a pleasure to work with and is amazing at interpreting what you want in a ring and providing her own creative suggestions and great attention to detail to make the best ring possible. I was extremely impressed with her ability to do such great work on a broad spectrum: my band was made to match an antique engagement ring and my fiancé wanted a more modern hammered copper ring. Both came out beautifully. She was very open with how we could make the pricing fit our budget (even though she had great prices to begin with!). She was very prompt with the creation process and always kept us up to date with how things were progressing. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for custom ring work. You’ll be in great hands which is quite important for something you will wear for the rest of your life!

Kareena has always been A plus for every little thing we have ever needed. We just purchased out platinum wedding bands from her and she was patient and helpful. She has done everything for me from watch battery to jewelry repair. She and her husband are both wonderful and the shop is a relaxed, fun place to browse. I love this store. The customer service is off the charts friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Repair prices are incredible and I have bought unique and fun gifts for friends and family. A GREAT PLACE!

Karenna helped my fiancé and me pick out and design our wedding rings. We went to her store with absolutely no idea what we wanted and a limited budget. We didn’t have an appointment, but she sat with us and talked us through the process. She was able to guide us to exactly what we wanted and was able to produce beautiful rings within our limited budget. She kept us up to date on the progress and checked in when we picked up our rings making sure that we loved them. I would highly recommend Karenna for anybody looking to have custom jewelry made.

I took a jewelry class with Karenna and learned so, so much. She is a wonderful, patient teacher who tailored her lesson plan to my learning style and the individual project I wanted to work on.
I went back a while later for a jewelry repair, which she did flawlessly.
Her shop is gorgeous, her work is amazing, and her prices seem really reasonable. Plus there’s free parking all along that street. Now you have no excuse–

Karenna designed my beautiful engagement ring with my now-husband’s confusion and struggle to making decisions, which is no east feat! Then, she met with me and emailed me half a dozen times over 2 months to help design my dream wedding band, that was in no way conventional. I gave her photos of rings that didn’t look alike, and gave her odd words to work with like «unpredictable,» and «oddly asymmetrical» and she created a ring that garners daily compliments now that I wear it. It also did not cost as much as I’m sure I would have paid for a pre-​made ring from a larger store. Karenna was kind, fun to meet with, and completely flexible in this process, and I cannot recommend her any higher for custom jewelry needs!

I was looking for a hand crafted wedding band for my fiancé and stumbled upon Karenna Maraj in Belmont. I emailed first to ask about the logistics and the owner, Karenna, was very responsive and helpful. I stopped in with some ideas and a few photos; Karenna walked through the process with me and explained all my options. She was helpful and made great suggestions without being pushy. It took a very short time for her to order the raw materials and create the ring.
I was thrilled with the outcome. But, Karenna informed me that if my fiancé wanted to make certain changes that would be possible. Of course Karenna was right and my fiancé wanted to make a change — which Karenna did in very short order. She also indicated that should anything else come up she would happily address any issues we had.
It is remarkable to find such wonderful craftsmanship in tandem with great customer service! This was a wonderful experience and I am happy that smaller businesses still thrive in the area!

The five stars are due since she not only has a great store but taught my kids.
The store is a great space, you can look and feel comfortable checking stuff out without pressure, which I love… designs range from super classy exclusive styles to trendy crafts, most things very moderately priced for what it is.
Karenna did a repair for me for dirt cheap and did terrific job. Can’t say enough for her attitude of keeping a happy customer! Thanks, Karenna!
My kids took a class with Karenna in the store. She was kind, generous, and they had a great time making lots of stuff. They came home with more designer style jewelry than I imagined they’d come home with in such a short period of time, and they made it all themselves. I don’t know how she does it! Great job!

This store is adorable! They have only handmade jewelry from local artists in Boston area.
What makes this place unique is great customer service and their commitment to local artisans. I dont know much about jewelry artists in the area, but when I asked the owner if she had any locally produced pieces she showed me not just a few pieces but basically a full range of necklaces earring…
I settled for a really cool sterling silver necklace with engraved leafs which looked like it really fell from a tree… the necklace was handcrafted by a local artist from Watertown which I thought was a nice since im from there too. When my mom opened up the box she really loved the necklace.

I love this place. The jewelry is unique and made by local artists. It’s a great place to buy gifts for a friend. Or for myself.

Great rotating selection of new innovative design by local artisans. If you want a one-​of piece of contemporary jewelry mid-​range price, that’s the place. Glad I found it. Some good mens’ items, as well. It’s eclectic, not like catalogue jewelry at all. Fun and intelligent stuff.
