We were staying nearby in Red Bay, AL at the service center for our motor coach. Heard about Hallmark’s and ended up eating there lunch three days in a row. If you like southern cooking they have a buffet that you pay for what you choose. It is similar to a meat and three. Loved their cabbage, fried okra and real mashed potatoes. All the entrees(catfish, smothered pork chops, meatloaf, chicken tenders, etc) were good. There is a menu and the hamburger and fries looked good, but we couldn’t pass up the buffet items. There is dinner served on the weekends only. There aren’t many restaurants in this area but we love this one.

Took a group of 7 to hallmark’s for dinner one evening about 6:30(easy short drive from the Tiffin Service Center). The décor is clean and fresh. They have nightly specials and this evening it was grilled salmon with two sides for about $ 12. My wife and I each had the special with salad bar and a side of steamed broccoli. The salad bar was short, but had very fresh vegetables and a good assortment of dressings. The salmon was properly grilled and flavorful without extra butter or fat. The steamed broccoli was hot and still firm(not over done). The desserts looked great, but we were trying to be good and passed on them. Service was southern friendly and attentive at its best. Heading out I saw a fellow with a plate full of fried catfish that looked really good too. Maybe next time I’ll give in and try it.
