Erin is the best! I had the most wonderful and relaxing facial. Erin is so genuine and friendly, and makes you feel so welcome! She was very thorough and took her time, from getting to know my usual skincare routine to extracting. She also took her time with the massage which was such a relaxing addition. My skin absolutely glows– it’s the softest and the most supple it has been in a while! I can’t say enough good things about Erin! I already booked my follow up appointment and can’t wait to go back!

Had a really great facial with Erin at Glow. I dont normally write reviews but Erin is worth writing about. I have looked for facials nearby and have yet to find someone as good as her. Her space is unassuming and relaxing. She is well educated on skin care and had a lovely personality. Usually I like quiet during facials but really enjoyed our chat followed by a relaxing massage. To top it off– my skin looks amazing. I will be going back and referring her to friends.

I’ve had two facials (and another one booked) and took my daughter for a «teen facial». Erin does an amazing job. She asked lots of questions about my skin and skincare routine before she started which I really appreciated. Her facial was gentle, relaxing and my skin was glowing when I left! She doesn’t push products on you and prices are very reasonable.

This place is hands down the best I have ever used for Brazilian and other waxing services (and I have lived in India, Australia, and different parts of the US). Like another reviewer said, the salon is in the basement but is wonderfully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Erin is the best — she is friendly, extremely skilled, and uses the type of wax that minimizes pain or discomfort. The prices are pretty reasonable too.
I have never written a review before (have used them to find good places), but I am so happy with Glow Skincare that I wanted to take the time to recommend it.

Erin is amazing! She has such a warm and friendly personality, she makes you feel comfortable from the get-​go.
I went to see her for a Brazilian wax and a facial. Both services were top-​notch!
She used hard wax, and it was a pain-​free experience! The results were very clean, too.
Erin was very thorough with the facial. We went over my daily routine and she gave suggestions for products, never pushing for me to purchase salon/​spa brands. She took her time doing extractions, which I am very thankful for! Other aestheticians I’ve been to never took the time to clear out my pores like Erin did.
I was so relaxed after the massage (bundled in with the facial), I was ready to take a nap!
I had such a positive experience at Glow, I already scheduled a follow up facial appointment.
The location was very convenient to get to as well. I took public transportation, and the 73 bus drops you off right down the block from Glow (literally less than a minute walk).
Definitely schedule an appointment with Erin! It’s totally worth it!

So, it took me a while to find the location (I don’t remember seeing the ‘Glow’ tag from the street) and then you have to go through the hair salon and down some stairs, but Erin, the esthetician greets you at the front desk and walks you there. I admit I was a little taken aback by the staircase and going into the basement… but then — Wow! It was like a whole different world there. Erin has done an amazing job making the place so cozy and relaxing, and she has such warm and friendly personality.
As for the facial — by far the best facial I have ever gotten. Hands down. And I do get facials quite often. Erin spent just the right amount of time extracting, the products used were fantastic, the massage awesome and I was so relaxed (and that almost never happens, I’m quite wired usually) that I felt like crying when my appointment came to an end. If I could have stayed and taken a nap –I would have.
My Mom went a few weeks later and she felt the same way — best facial ever.
I wish it were a little closer to my home (Quincy), the drive was about 40 minutes, but totally worth it.
