Five years ago my mother hired Built-​Well to put a first floor master suite on her house when her illness made going up the stairs dangerous. What can I say? They were the best. The onsite boss, Dave, was extremely considerate of what we were dealing with and kept the noise down to not interupt us except when needed.
The work itself was solid, exacting and will probably be standing for the next two hundred years. Dave came up with modifications needed in the bathroom to allow for my mother’s needs and graciuosly gave his expert opinion when we were unsure of certain decisions. They even brought in dirt and reseeded the lawn after the trucks had needed to drive over it for deliveries.
Months after the job was done we discovered that the chimney had collapsed internally so I called Paul, the owner, and he had a chimney company there within two hours. We had no idea who to call ourselves and were extremely happy with the company Paul contacted on our behalf.
