Quintessential Jersey Shore pizza, super delicious and right on the beach front. Open in Feb when my parents and I went for a nostalgic visit to the shore. I can’t get this type of pizza anywhere in coastal SoCal, although they do try!

Very appropriate star rating. The pizza is labeled as «the best» but that is a bold bold statement especially considering how mediocre the pizza is. The size of slices are big but the actual flavors leave a lot to be desired. The sauce is somehow plain and salty at the same time, then the cheese is a cheap mozzarella and dry. The buffalo chicken pie is actually ok but I would not recommend this spot unless you are feinding for pizza

Yeah it’s expensive for a slice, but the slice is almost twice the size of your normal pizza place. Solid option for a plain slice on the go.

Today I went in with my family of 4. There was an insane amount of people in there because it was the only place to eat close to the beach. They had no napkins and when someone let them know they waved them away like this person was annoying them. No one put out napkins. Makes sense in a pizza place. My son is highly allergic to egg so I asked if they make their pizza with egg. The young girl gave a no with extreme hesitation. I then let her know that if she gives me the wrong answer my kid could die. So then she musters up the energy to ask the owner who could not be more annoyed by this question. I’m sorry my brief question is bringing so much challenge to everyone in the place. The finale was them giving me 2 slices and the girl saying«this is your 4 slices. «uhhh… Back to the owner I go who admits she handed me 2. When I went outside there was a table of boys who looked about age 13 complaining they got ripped off and was given 1 slice when paid for 2. I let them know the ongoing scam and they went in to retrieve their other slices. Did I mention I waited 30 minutes for these 4 plain slices of pizza? Run!!!

Visited for lunch after a long morning on the beach… Overpriced and bad service. Paid $ 28.30 for a plain pizza and an order of fries which is ridiculous considering there is nothing special about the food we were served. Also waited over 30 minutes for said order. The place wasn’t busy, yet I had to ask about my order twice before finally receiving it. No sense of urgency from the staff in helping me, most certainly will not return.

Literally the worst experience. Our order to go took almost an hour even though when we ordered there wasn’t a line. 20 min after ordering they told us they had no bagels and couldn’t do bagels and cream cheese. Then our ticket went to the back of the line after that. Saw Jimmy mess up an order and he yelled at the waitress to force the customer to eat it. When she said she didn’t want his wrong order, he said fine back of the line. And lastly, the kitchen does not look clean. I’ll never return.

You’re paying for convenience, right? I ordered a bacon/egg/cheese sandwich and the total came out to $ 7.50. I had to step back to look at the price above once more. While the sandwich itself was solid, paying that much for it did not make me feel good. I guess that’s what happens when you have to pay rent at such a convenient location on the oceanfront.

Food is not bad but this place needs a P.O.S. system its like pulling teeth trying to get your order. Prices are extremely high thanks to no competition Its Jimmys or crap from 7 – 11. Suggest you pack your own lunch avoid the hassle of Jimmys.

Jimmy’s makes the biggest slices of pizza I ever had. The toppings are amazing! This place is located across the street from the beach in Belmar at 804 Ocean Ave. Jimmy’s not only makes and serves delicious breakfast like their famous breakfast burrito. They make a range of delicious sandwiches too. Everything your heart can desire from the sub style cold cuts to hot and tasty sandwiches. I decided to try their pizza. I heard so much about it, all of those traditional and unique toppings really caught my interest. My daughter absolutely loves their buffalo chicken pizza. It was loaded with chicken, cheese, and sauce. I prefer veggies on my pie. I got their white pie with sauteed spinach, mozzarella, and ricotta cheeses. I was so pleased to see that the spinach was sauteed with garlic and oil. This made the pizza very flavorful. What I didn’t expect was the size. Maronne a Mia! The slice was the size of almost 2 ½ slices. It took up 2 full paper plates.(see my pic) My pizza was covered in toppings. Jimmy’s never skimps on their pizza. I got mine to go and ate it on the beach. After just 1 slice i was completely full. If you plan on ordering Jimmy’s extra large pie, bring a truck its enormous! I can’t wait to go back to Belmar just so i can go back to Jimmy’s.

Just got a pizza here, would have given a zero if it’s possible. Very, very overpriced awful pizza. We got a pepperoni pizza which was nothing special. The really awful pizza was a vegetable pizza that had pathetic sprinkling of soggy veggies on it. Straight tomato paste for the sauce. Worst $ 30 pizza I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating.

Must try! The breakfast burritos here hit the spot. Home fries inside the breakfast burrito? Yes, please. When my friends come into town, I take them here for a breakfast burrito before I take them to Buttered Biscuit or The Committed Pig, and that’s not a knock on those two delicious places, it’s a credit to how good Jimmy’s breakfast burritos are. I’ve never had their lunch or pizzas, but I don’t see why they wouldn’t do as well with those if that’s their speciality.
